ABOUT OUR FACILITY

VIEW PHOTOS OF OUR FACILITY

Sanctuary

  • We think you will find our beautiful sanctuary is a perfect place for your wedding ceremony. The sanctuary seats 300. There are 20 pews (10 on each side). View photos here
  • Our aisle is 47 feet from the base of the altar stage to the inside of the door. We suggest any runner used should be at least 55-60 feet long. It is your responsibility to provide your runner; we do not provide one.
  • If you would like to have Holy Communion celebrated at your wedding, please make our Wedding Coordinator and your Pastor aware of this so that preparations can be made.

Candles

  • If you'd like to use candles on the pews, there is a candle holder on every other pew down the center aisle. There are 10 (5 on each side). No wires should be used to attach decorations to the pew candles - only pipe cleaners. We have a unity candle set that you can use (1 pillar and 2 taper holders). You will need to provide the candles.

Flowers

  • We have 6 stands for placing flower arrangements at the front of the sanctuary. The wedding hostess can show you them or you can view some in photos here.
  • We do not allow flowers to be placed directly on the altar, with the exception of a small flower decoration around the unity candle.

Sorry, Not Allowed

  • Rice, birdseed, small heart confection and large colored flower petals should not be thrown, since they would be difficult to clean up before our services the next morning.
  • Consumption of alcohol is not permitted in any area of the church.
  • We are smoke-free. Smoking must be done outside the church building.
  • Our Fellowship Hall is not available for receptions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You and your wedding party are responsible for taking down all decorations and leaving all fixtures as you found them. Any flower arrangements, petals or other decorations must be completely removed from the floor, cement and hallways of the church that day.
  • A contract cleaning service will clean the restrooms, empty the trash containers, and vacuum the sanctuary and Narthex on Saturday evening. Cleaning other than those specified are the responsibility of the wedding party.
  • Any damage to the premises or facilities arising from your use will be your financial responsibility.
